Views, Strip access among amenities at Turnberry Place

High-rise condominiums are available on Paradise Road at the luxury Turnberry Place development, which offers a low-maintenance life- style and a location just east of the Strip.

The development is planned to feature four 40-story towers. The first two towers are open and occupied, and the third is nearly complete with some residences ready for occupancy. Sales are expected to begin this fall for the fourth tower.

Florida-based developer Turnberry Associates introduced its high-rise lifestyle to Las Vegas more than four years ago.

"One of the premier amenities we offer our residents is a spectacular view of the Strip and surrounding mountains," sales executive John Riordan said.

All residents are members of the private Stirling Club, which offers casual and fine dining, a European-style spa, fitness center with a virtual reality system, Pilates studio, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths and an indoor lap pool. Additionally, there is a nightclub, piano lounge, tennis courts, and an outdoor mosaic pool with a bar.

Residents are also provided with valet parking, concierge and room service, and security at the gated property.

Since mid-1999, nearly 500 residences have been sold, according to Riordan, who pointed out that construction is more than 18 months ahead of schedule.

Interior features include Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances, and wraparound glass balconies.

Ten floor plans are available, priced from $550,000 to more than $5 million.

In the information center, visitors can tour a model home that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the first two towers. The center is located at 2777 Paradise Road, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
