Michael Kammerling, Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson represented Kimco Realty Corp. in the sale of 234,496 square feet at Charleston Plaza, located at the southeast corner of Charleston Boulevard and Burnham Avenue, to SAFCO Capital, represented by John Safi, for $21.5 million. Al Barbagallo represented Bella Plaza in the sale of 276,802 square feet at Bella Office and Warehouse Plaza, 6325-6363 S.
