City Lights showcases three plans
City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, extends opportunities for homeownership to many who may otherwise only be able to afford to rent, according to marketing manager Tawnya Rosenthal. "Home buyers are finding out that they can still own a home in Southern Nevada for about the same price, or often even less, than rent. That's a dream come true for many Las Vegans," Rosenthal said. The three floor plans at the complex are priced from the $90,000s. In addition, 100 percent financing is available to qualified buyers. New York is a one-bedroom, one-bath design measuring 776 square feet. It comes with a pantry and balcony or patio. Measuring 1,018 square feet, the Paris has two bedrooms and two baths. The 1,142-square-foot Milan offers three bedrooms and two baths. Interior features include granite counter tops, window blinds and raised-panel oak cabinetry. Common-area amenities include two swimming pools, a spa and landscaping. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Boulevard, and head east toward Hollywood Boulevard. The sales center and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
