Richmond American Homes unveils Calavera in Summerlin
Richmond American Homes has introduced its Calavera neighborhood in The Paseos village in Summerlin. The builder offers four single- and two-story designs from the builder's Garden Court Collection. They feature walk-in closets, dual sinks on cultured-marble vanities, and separate toilet rooms in the master baths, as well as rear garages. The 1,316-square-foot Daisy, a single-story design, starts from the $360,000s. It offers three bedrooms, two baths, living and dining rooms, and a built-in desk and an island kitchen. A patio is optional. Primrose, a 1,521-square-foot design, comes with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Priced from the $380,000s, the design features a living room with a media niche, and an island kitchen with a breakfast bar. A master suite retreat is optional. Priced from the $400,000s, the Zinnia is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath design measuring 1,738 square feet. Additionally, the home has a great room with an optional fireplace, dining room, kitchen with a nook, covered patio and side porch. The Dahlia, priced from the $430,000s, has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living and dining rooms, and a kitchen with a pantry and nook. It measures 1,912 square feet and offers an optional master suite retreat. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard and head west. Proceed to Desert Foothills Drive, turn north to Desert Sunrise Road, then head west to Paseo Flower Court and go south. The builder offers more than 30 new-home subdivisions throughout the valley.
