Del Webb prepares Madison plan

Del Webb is readying a 2,100-square-foot Madison design for fall delivery at its age-qualified Sun City Anthem community in Henderson.

"The Madison is a perfect home for entertaining with its versatile home design, courtyard and detached casita," senior sales manager Jim Bond said.

The three-bedroom, three-bath plan also features a great room, kitchen nook, porch, covered back patio, and two-car garage. The casita has an upgraded bath with a cultured-marble vanity.

It is set on a site overlooking the Concord, one of the community's two championship golf courses, and is priced from the mid-$900,000s.

Twelve single-story designs ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet are available at the 2,100-acre community. Home prices start from the mid-$370,000s to the mid-$650,000s.

All homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and incorporate the Environments for Living building technology, which offers energy-saving features such as low-e windows and blown-in cellulose insulation. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.

Community amenities include the 77,000-square-foot Anthem Center, site of social, recreational and fitness activities, along with Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public.

Also, construction recently began on a 35,000-square foot recreation center that is set for completion in the spring.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Del Webb is a subsidiary of Pulte Homes Inc., one of the nation's largest home builders. It also offers the age-qualified Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas and Solera at Anthem in Henderson, as well as the all-ages Club Aliante in North Las Vegas.
