Altare at Eagle Rock features golf-course living

Altare at Eagle Rock, a Warmington Homes neighborhood in Summerlin, offers golf-course living and a resort lifestyle, according to the builder.

Situated adjacent to the TPC at The Canyons golf course, the neighborhood offers lots with golf course, mountain and city views.

Three floor plans are available, including a single-story design measuring 2,904 to 4,072 square feet and containing as many as seven bedrooms. Prices start at $337,990.

The homes feature ceramic-tile flooring in the foyers, kitchens and laundry rooms; French doors in select locations; window seats; art and display niches; plant shelves; granite kitchen counter tops; glass-block accent windows; and three-car garages with finished interiors.

Customizing options are available, including extra bedrooms and baths, expanded bedroom suites with baths, lofts, libraries, dens, bonus rooms, owner suite retreats, storage rooms, and home offices.

Designed by Bobby Weed and professional golfer Raymond Floyd, the TPC at The Canyons course is open to the public, co-hosts the PGA tour's Invensys Classic, and offers full-service dining. It also features a golf shop and banquet facilities.

The master-planned community of Summerlin offers a multitude of parks; a network of trails; a Town Center with shopping, retail and office facilities; cultural centers; and medical facilities.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Proceed to Canyon Run Drive then turn left again.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
