Mountain Spa offers six new homes in northwest
Mountain Spa, a residential community nestled in the foothills of the northwestern valley, currently has six homes for sale, which range from 3,000 to 5,400 square feet and combine Mediterranean design with contemporary interiors. Prices start from $560,000. The homes' standard features include skylights, home theaters, crown molding, marble baths, wrought-iron stairwells, front and rear balconies, floor to ceiling windows, coffered ceilings, guest suites, courtyard fireplaces, full landscaping, air filtration systems, Low-E windows, and security systems.
