Home on Anthem's golf course awaits buyer

The Cantata model in the Castle Pines neighborhood at Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club is available for immediate occupancy, according to sales and marketing executive Bob Rademacher.

He added anyone closing a purchase on the home by June 28 will receive an electric golf cart or a $5,000 design studio credit.

The guard-gated country club in Henderson, part of the builder's 5,000-acre Anthem community, offers 20 floor plans in four collections: the Impressionist, Baroque, Romantic and Renaissance.

Homes are priced from the $190,000s to more than $1 million.

"The advantage of these selected inventory homes is the ability to move in quickly," Rademacher said. "All design selections have been made by our professional design team, and this advantage appeals to many of our members."

Located in a cul-de-sac, the Cantata inventory home backs up to the green of the second hole on the private championship golf course. It is priced at $750,600 and appointed with upgraded kitchen appliances, a soft-water system, maple kitchen cabinets, granite slab counter tops, skylights and a wet bar. It measures 3,898 square feet with five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

Equity golf memberships are available to all Anthem Country Club buyers for purchase separately.

Club members enjoy use of members-only restaurants, an athletic club, and a full-service salon.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, formerly Lake Mead Drive. Models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
