Cottonwood buyers move into homes

The Cottonwood neighborhood at the base of Sunrise Mountain has welcomed its first residents, according to Chartered Homes sales agent Paul Bonyadi.

The gated neighborhood is located within The Orchards, a planned community in the eastern valley, and is about 200 feet from Lewis Family Park.

Three floor plans are featured on cul-de-sac streets with terraced lots.

Plan A, a 1,283-square-foot, two-bath design features a den option. The living room is open to the second floor. The owner suite includes a walk-in closet, Roman tub and dual sinks. There is also a garage. Select Plan A designs are available priced from $115,900.

Plan B is a 1,418-square-foot design with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, and 2 1/2 baths. The first-floor living area includes the kitchen with a pass-through bar to the dining area. There is also a two-car garage. The owner suite includes a Roman tub, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. Select Plan B models are available priced from $119,200.

Plan C is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with a country kitchen. The owner suite features a bay window and dual closets. A two-car garage is standard. Select Plan C homes are available starting from $121,700.

The homes feature rounded corners and balanced power heating and air conditioning. Kitchens feature oak cabinets and pantries. All bedrooms are prewired for cable TV.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, spa and cabana.

To visit, take Charleston Boulevard to Tree Line Drive and turn south. Proceed to Grass Meadow Drive, just south of the park.
