First-phase residences available at The Villas
The Villas, a new Rhodes Homes development in the southwestern valley, is offering buyers the opportunity to buy a two-story residence during its first phase of pricing. "While most new homes in the Las Vegas Valley average nearly $100 per square foot, our first phase of two-story, detached homes are as low as $77 per square foot," sales agent Jacqueline Jansen said. "We have a number of people saying that they are thrilled to buy an affordable new two-story home in a community with natural beauty and easy access to the Las Vegas Beltway." Three designs with two-car garages are available. With the use of the builder's preferred lender, white granite counter tops are included in the kitchen, and are valued at more than $2,400. The first two-story model offers 1,856 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a loft, and the option of making the two front bedrooms into a bonus room. The home is priced from the high $160,000s. The second model is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath design with 2,024 square feet, a great room, dining room, garage access through the kitchen, and an upstairs master bedroom. The two front-facing bedrooms can be configured into a second master bedroom or bonus room. Prices start from the $170,000s. The third design features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living and family rooms, formal dining room, and upstairs laundry area. The fourth bedroom can be converted into a master bedroom retreat and the two front-facing bedrooms can be built as a bonus room. The 2,400-square-foot home is priced from mid-$180,000s. Amenities under construction at the 220-home project include a pool and spa. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
