Seven Hills offers custom lots with views

A variety of custom-home sites are available at Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership.

Located in Henderson, the community offers a range of custom lots, the majority of which are located in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course. Sites with views of the course, city and mountains are available.

The lots range up to about 1 acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold in the community, and more than 120 custom residences are completed, under construction or in the architectural review process.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include guard-gated entrances, landscaped open space, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

Residents may also enjoy the amenities found in the community's four city parks and several neighborhood parks. The parks are designed to complement the desert terrain and include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

To visit the community's sales and information pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south. At St. Rose Parkway, go west and then turn south on Seven Hills Drive. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
