-- The Clubs, an apartment complex located within the Rhodes Ranch community, will host a grand opening on Saturday. The complex, located at 8975 W. Warm Springs Road, west of Durango Drive, was developed by Warmington IBAR Development and constructed by Warmington Homes Nevada. The property is managed by TMC Management Corp.

-- Colliers International's Spencer Pinter represented Spencer Helm in its 60-month lease of 5,940 square feet at 1650 Helm Drive, Suite 800, to Health Print Ltd. for $223,296. In another transaction, Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Jayne Cayton represented Siefert Investments in its 60-month lease of 2,546 square feet at 5820 S. Eastern Ave. to Public Employees Retirement System of Nevada for $251,374. Dave Frear and Ed Parker represented Micc North America in its 24-month lease of 46,000 square feet at 3326 Ponderosa Way from Rex Properties for $496,508. Taber Thill represented Digital Economic Technologies in its 29-month lease of 4,762 square feet at 7330 Smoke Ranch Road from Unitel United Telecom Sales Corp. for $131,556.

-- E.J. Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty represented both parties in Pauline Murphy Living Trust's sale of a 4,898-square-foot building at 6425 Hinson St. to Dino DeBarry for $507,000.

-- Lee and Associates' Shawn Barashy represented both parties in Byrne Properties' 36-month lease of 8,746 square feet at 4230 Production Court to Cast In Stone for $177,000. Barashy also represented Affordable Concepts in its sale of 6,600 square feet at 2991 W. Lake Mead Blvd. to Upper Coral, represented by G. Rodney Harbaugh, for $1.4 million. In another transaction, Chuck Witters and David Flynn represented Henderson Beltway in its 61-month lease of 2,479 square feet at 170 N.
