Seven Hills in final phase of sales
Only a few new production homes remain during the final phase of sales at the Seven Hills community in Henderson. "There are very few homes left and we anticipate that they will all be sold within a very short time frame," said Dan Naef, vice president of community development for developer Silver Canyon Partnership. He encouraged prospective buyers to visit the sales pavilion for information regarding available homes. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods upon completion. Several custom-home sites remain available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most sites are in guard-gated neighborhoods that overlook the fairways of a golf course and offer views of the city and mountains. The largest available lots measure an acre. Prices start from the $260,000s to more than $1 million. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space, and most neighborhoods adjoin parks and walkways. Its four city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs quads and playgrounds.
