Six projects open within Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Ranch is comprised of six neighborhoods in the southwestern valley, and each can accommodate varying lifestyles, according to the developer.

"Rhodes Ranch has the perfect home to meet the unique needs of any home buyer," Tawnya Rosenthal, Rhodes Homes marketing manager, said.

The neighborhoods range from 1,260 to 4,886 square feet, and feature prices starting from the mid-$100,000s.

Rhodes Homes is one of the participating builders, and is developing three neighborhoods.

The Links features homes ranging from 1,260 to 2,064 square feet and priced from the mid-$100,000s. The Lakes offers three models measuring from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet, and priced from the high $100,000s. The Champions offers luxury golf course homes ranging from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet and priced from the $300,000s.

Astoria Homes is developing the Auburn Hills neighborhood. Four floor plans range from 2,414 to 3,694 square feet, and are priced from the low $200,000s. The builder features the Energy Star and Comfort Wise systems that are guaranteed to save 30 percent in energy costs.

Summerchase, by Desert Oak Homes, offers residences ranging from 2,094 to 4,886 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s.

KB Home is creating the Montrose neighborhood, with homes ranging from 1,564 to 2,972 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Rainbow Boulevard to Warm Springs Road and go west. All sales centers are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
