New release slated at Pardee's Mandevilla
Pardee Homes is releasing a new phase of homes at its Mandevilla neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands this weekend, according to sales director Rob Tuvell. Located within the Eldorado community in North Las Vegas, the homes offer as many as eight bedrooms, six baths and four-car garages. "Mandevilla is a showcase for lifestyle flexibilities that families tell us they want in their homes," Tuvell said. "That accounts for the instant success of this new neighborhood." The neighborhood consists of four one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,512 to 3,899 square feet with options for super bonus rooms, super master suites, guest suites, libraries, tech centers and balconies. All of the homes have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for energy efficiency. With low-emissivity windows, high-performance heating and cooling systems, tightly sealed air ducts, and other innovations, the homes exceed national energy-efficiency standards by more than 30 percent, according to independent energy consultants. Plan One, a single-story, 2,512-square-foot design, offers three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, an island kitchen, courtyard entry and three-car garage. The home is priced from $200,450. Priced from $220,450, the single-story Plan Two includes 3,028 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, a den and two-car garage with a shop in its standard configuration. With options, it can accommodate as many as five bedrooms, or three bedrooms with optional guest suite, and a three-car garage. The two-story Plan Three features eight floor plan configurations ranging from 2,925 to 3,725 square feet. The standard plan includes five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and three-car garage. Options include a super bonus room, game room, tech center, sixth bedroom, fourth bath, den, master suite balcony and four-car garage. It is priced from $214,450. Plan Four, a two-story design measuring from 3,083 to 3,899 square feet, offers four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a three-car garage, library and bonus room. Options include as many as eight bedrooms and six baths, a super bonus room, tech center, balcony, game room, and four-car garage. It is priced from $219,450. Other Pardee neighborhoods in Eldorado Highlands are Talavera and Fontana. The community's model park, which is across the street from the 23-acre Seastrand Park, features 12 one- and two-story homes. The 1,080-acre Eldorado community is built around the Lee Antonello Elementary (named for a Pardee executive) and the 9-acre Eldorado Park. Started in April 1990, Eldorado is designed to include about 6,500 homes at buildout. To visit, take Camino al Norte north, past Craig Road, until it becomes Camino Eldorado, and then proceed north to the sales center. The center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m. Since 1952, Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada. It is developing the Rancho Las Palmas and Nevada Trails communities.
