Developer invites Realtors to visit Seven Hills
Realtors with clients seeking a new home in Henderson should visit the Seven Hills community, according to Samantha Bonham, marketing manager. She said buyers will find a variety of product, ranging first and second move-up homes to custom residences situated on 1-acre home sites that overlook a neighboring golf course. "Realtors bring a substantial number of sales to our builders in Seven Hills, and we are constantly working on new ways to keep them updated on new releases, closeouts and other important information relating to this community," Bonham said. Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the 1,300-acre community, hosts several Realtor-related events throughout the year. Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain, and will comprise more than 3,000 homes among 25 neighborhoods at buildout. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s, while custom lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. City and mountain view lots are available. Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Estate-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. With Italian-inspired names -- Allegro, Puccini, Vivaldi and Sonata -- the city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, and soccer and baseball fields. The community's sales and information pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one mile west of the intersection of Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
