Seventy models open in Green Valley Ranch


     The Green Valley Ranch master-planned community in Henderson offers a complete lifestyle, according to the developer, American Nevada Corp.
      In addition to many neighborhoods, there is also commercial development and recreation areas that include parks and a trail system.
      Some builders provide playgrounds, barbecue and picnic areas, pools and clubhouses.
      There are about 70 model homes, and 19 new neighborhoods in the community, which is on the south side of Lake Mead Drive between Pecos Road and Arroyo Grande Boulevard.
      Housing includes townhomes and single-family homes with as many as six bedrooms in more than 3,000 square feet.
      Neighborhoods under development are Kimball Hill by Kimball Hill Homes; Monument Pointe by Spectrum Construction; Richmond Heights by Richmond American Homes; Stag's Leap by Nigro Associates; Reflections and Premiere by Pulte Homes; Mountain Pointe II Townhomes and Carriage Club by U.S. Home; Sentosa by Kaufman and Broad of Nevada; Shadow Ridge by Beazer Homes; Crystal Springs and Fountain Hills and Fontana d'or by Coleman Homes; Pavilion Pointe by Concordia Homes; Pacific Images and Pacific Trace by Pacific Homes; Regency Hills and Copper Ridge by Pardee Homes; Altezza Estates by Capital Pacific Homes; and The Estates at Green Valley Ranch by American Nevada Corp.
      The master plan features 775 acres for residential areas, 225 acres for open land, houses of worship and potential school sites; and 310 acres for commercial development including office, retail, resort hotels, gaming, conference centers and medical buildings.
