COLUMN: FOR THE RECORD

-- Pardee Homes promoted Rocky Cochran from general superintendent to area construction manager. Cochran began his career with the company as an assistant superintendent with the initial development of the Eldorado community 14 years ago and is the recipient of two Presidents' Awards. The most recent award was from the president of Weyerhaeuser, Pardee's parent company, who recognized him as part of the team responsible for the 50-Hour House in Eldorado.

-- Kameron Kildea, an agent at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, was recently named to Realtor Magazine's 2003 "30 Under 30" list published by the National Association of Realtors. The honor is awarded to those who are successful in sales and marketing.
