Toll Bros. showcases modelsSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Toll Bros. has 18 model homes open for viewing among four neighborhoods in the Las Vegas area. Eight models -- Meseta, Vitoria, Caravella, Avenida, Vercelli, Sondrio, Modena and Brindisi -- are featured at Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin. The homes are priced from the high $600,000s. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and head west. Terra Bella, located at Severance Lane and Grand Canyon Drive in the northwestern valley, has four models open. The residences, Giardino, Avignon, Westover and Montebello, are priced from the high $400,000s. Also in the northwest is Toscana, which offers three models. The Portofino, Milano and Sorrento are priced from the mid-$600,000s. The neighborhood is located near Farm Road and Tenaya Way. The builder has opened three models at Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands -- The Reserve. The Meseta, Caravella and Avenida are priced from the high $600,000s. The visit the neighborhood in Henderson, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, turn south and proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway. Among the features showcased are courtyards, negative-edge tubs, a guest casita, outdoor fireplaces, resort-style swimming pools and backyard putting greens. All of the models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Toll Bros. is developing 205 neighborhoods in 21 states.
