City Lights condos debut

City Lights, a new condominium complex in the northeastern valley, offers buyers the opportunity to take advantage of current interest rates.

"We are opening doors to homeownership for people who thought they could not buy," marketing manager Tawnya Rosenthal said.

Three designs are priced from the high $80,000s.

The one-bedroom, one-bath New York measures 776 square feet; Paris offers 1,018 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths; and Milan comprises 1,142 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths.

Resident amenities include two pools and a spa.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Boulevard, and head east toward Hollywood Boulevard. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
