Pulte presence strong in Aliante

Pulte Homes offers four active subdivisions within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Buyers are attracted to the builder's homes by its included features, energy-efficient construction, warranties, and customer service, a company spokesperson said.

Serenata, which is near close out, has four homes available.

A single-story 1,881-square-foot model with three bedrooms, two baths and 2 1/2-car garage is set for June delivery; it is priced from the mid-$500,000s.

Also scheduled for June delivery are a 2,594-square-foot, two-story model with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a two-car garage that is priced from the low $600,000s, and a 2,989-square-foot, two-story model with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a 2 1/2-car garage that is priced from the mid-$600,000s.

An October delivery is planned for a 2,989-square-foot, two-story home with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a 2 1/2-car garage. Located on a cul-de-sac next to a 10-acre park, the home is priced from the mid-$500,000s.

Treviso offers four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,976 to 2,694 square feet, and priced from the $540,000s.

Pavona features three two-story designs measuring from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet, and priced from the $380,000s.

The newest offering, Salerno, has three single-story floor plans ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet, and priced from the low $400,000s.

All of the builder's homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and feature the Environments for Living building technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior livable walls.

Community amenities include the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park that has an archaeological-themed playground, interactive water play area, group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts. Additionally, there is an 18-hole golf course open to the public.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit and go south. A sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The builder, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., operates in more than 40 markets nationwide and offers 22 new-home subdivisions in the valley.
