Del Webb reports strong sales

Del Webb has sold the entire first phase of home sites at Club Aliante, its guard-gated community for all ages in North Las Vegas.

"Club Aliante is now officially launched with the selling out of our first release of 30 home sites," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said. "Home buyers looking for an upscale, guard-gated lifestyle will find what they are looking for here."

A formal opening is planned for the fall.

Upon completion, the community will have 325 homes. It is located next to the builder's age-qualified Sun City Aliante within the Aliante master-planned community.

Five single- and two-story designs with three-car garages and covered patios are available.

The most popular plan purchased was the 2,714-square-foot Mesa Rose design. The single-story home features three bedrooms, three baths, a den or optional fourth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and kitchen nook. It is priced from the low $600,000s.

Sagecrest is a single-story plan measuring 2,168 square feet. It offers three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and dining room, and is priced from the $530,000s.

The 2,576-square-foot Amberly is a single-story design with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, study, family room, and kitchen nook. The home is priced from the $560,000s.

Sandalwood is a two-story plan with four bedrooms, four baths, and a den or optional fifth bedroom. Additionally, the 3,430-square-foot design has formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and kitchen nook; it is priced from the $680,000s.

At 3,630 square feet, Sunstone is the largest design. Features include four bedrooms, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, 4 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a den, family room, and kitchen nook. It is priced from the low $710,000s.

All homes will have the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label certifying their energy efficiency, and feature the Environments for Living building technology. They offer a heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.

Inspired by Anthem Country Club in Henderson, the community will feature a fitness and recreation center, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and play areas.

The public Aliante Golf Club is an 18-hole course.

Additional community amenities include walking trails and the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park which has an archaeological-themed play area, group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts.

Schools and retail centers are planned.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit and go north. The sales center is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Del Webb is a subsidiary of Pulte Homes Inc., one of the nation's largest home builders. It also offers the age-qualified Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem communities, both in Henderson.
