Street of Dreams show nears finale

The Street of Dreams show in Henderson has drawn thousands of visitors each week, according to event organizers. It is estimated that about 50,000 people will have toured the four showcase residences by tomorrow, the last day of the five-week event.

The multimillion dollar residences measure from 5,400 to 9,500 square feet, and are priced as high as $5.9 million. Located on a hillside within the guard-gated MacDonald Highlands community, each provides views of the city, mountains and DragonRidge Country Club.

The participating builders and their respective designers are: Christopher Homes with Bloomingdale's, Merlin Contracting and Development with LaStrada Furniture & Interiors, Sun West Custom Homes with Briana Tiberti and Sannene Garehime, and Sunwood Inc. Luxury Home Developers with ZINAZ Inc.

The show is open today and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with ticket sales stopping at 6 p.m. Adult admission is $12, while visitors age 65 and older and age 4 to 12 receive a $2 discount on admission. Children 3 and younger are admitted free.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, go south to Horizon Ridge Parkway, then follow the signs to the parking area. From there, take the free shuttle to the homes.
