City Lights condos debut

City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, will mark its grand opening this weekend.

"We are excited to be debuting this exciting new community in the very popular Sunrise Mountain area," marketing manager Tawnya Rosenthal said.

Three floor plans, priced from the high $80,000s, are available. They come with granite counter tops, raised-panel oak cabinetry, window blinds and a storage area.

The one-bedroom, one-bath New York design measures 776 square feet. It offers a pantry and balcony or patio.

Paris is a 1,018-square-foot plan with two bedrooms and two baths.

The three-bedroom, two-bath Milan measures 1,142 square feet.

Development amenities include two pools and a spa.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Boulevard, and head east toward Hollywood Boulevard. The sales center and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
