Astoria Homes' Canyon Trails celebrates grand opening

Canyon Trails by Astoria Homes in the southwestern valley celebrated its grand opening yesterday. When complete, the neighborhood will feature 291 homes.

Two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans are available, measuring as large as 1,750 square feet. Prices start from the $130,000s.

All homes feature the Energy Star seal, which ensures energy conservation and lower utility costs.

Other Astoria Homes neighborhoods include: Auburn Hills in Rhodes Ranch; Autumn Ridge, Stonegate Encore and Silverado Lane in Silverado Ranch; and Ironwood, Parkside Estates and Parkside Village in Centennial Hills. Villa Villagio in Seven Hills is planned.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive. Head south, then turn right on Arby Avenue.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at noon.
