Las Ventanas opens information center

Las Ventanas, an assisted living and retirement development in Summerlin, recently announced the opening of its information center at 10000 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 160. The center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

The development, to be built on 17 acres at Charleston Boulevard and Town Center Drive, will offer senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care.

Apartments in seven floor plans are offered. Amenities include all-electric kitchens, washers and dryers, a 24-hour emergency call system, security and paid utilities (except telephone). Community areas will include a swimming pool, lawn theater, performing arts center, and a social center with a dining room, several private dining rooms, a library, cyber cafe, business center and salon.

Las Ventanas will comprise 198 independent living residences, 60 assisted-living suites, and 60 private and semi-private rooms for skilled nursing care.

"Las Ventanas residents will enjoy active lifestyles, maintenance-free living, diverse social events and unmatched support services," marketing director Suzanne Caldarello said.
