Avante's Aventura nears closeout

Avante Homes' Aventura neighborhood, located along the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village in Summerlin, has only 16 homes available for sale, according to sales agents.

The all single-story neighborhood, which offers golf course and city views, started with 68 homes. Floor plans range from 2,819 to 3,494 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. Customizing options are available.

Prices start from $403,990.
