Custom lots remain at Lake Las Vegas Resort

Custom-home sites are available in six neighborhoods in the guard-gated SouthShore community at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson. Priced from $245,000 to $3,025,000, the lots are nestled in the hillsides and offer views of the lake, mountains, city and the Jack Nicklaus-designed SouthShore Golf Club.

In the Barcelona neighborhood, lots are adjacent to the eighth hole and the first and ninth double fairways of the golf club and measure from 11,576 to 18,748 square feet. Prices range from $256,000 to $655,000.

The gated enclaves of Marseilles and Marseilles Deux offer home sites along the golf course or lake. Lots in Marseilles range from 23,268 to 32,053 square feet and are priced from $411,000 to $1,750,000, while Marseilles Deux offer sites measuring from 17,062 to 26,311 square feet and prices starting from $563,000 to $3,025,000.

Monaco offers lakefront home sites ranging from 13,101 to 13,586 square feet. Prices begin at $1,475,000.

Some custom lots in the gated Siena neighborhood are located on a ridge and more than half of the sites are located along the sixth or seventh fairway. Ranging from 11,125 to 20,000 square feet, the lots are priced from $360,000.

One home site remains in Biarritz, a neighborhood surrounded by five fairways of the golf club. Featuring mountain views, this 9,496-square-foot home site is priced at $245,000.

Home sites are also available on the northern shore of Lake Las Vegas at MonteCatini, where multiacreage lots are priced from $1,341,000 to more than $4 million.

Lake Las Vegas Resort is being developed by Transcontinental Properties Inc.
