Seven Hills home to custom lots

The Seven Hills community in Henderson offers custom-home sites priced from the $180,000s that range from about one-quarter acre to one acre. Nearly 200 custom lots have been sold in the community and more than 100 custom homes are complete, under construction or in the architectural review process.

The custom lots, located within a series of neighborhoods, provide golf course, canyon, city and mountain views.

Community amenities among the custom neighborhoods include guard-gated entrances, landscaped areas, a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Developer Silver Canyon Partnership has dedicated more than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres to open areas such as parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. There are four city parks throughout the community.

Information on available home sites and homes in the community can be obtained at the sales pavilion. To visit, take Eastern Avenue to St. Rose Parkway, head west to Seven Hills Drive then go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
