Rhodes Ranch Golf Club hosts benefit event
-- Rhodes Ranch Golf Club hosted a fund-raising event to benefit the Clark County Public Education Foundation. The 144 attendees helped generate more than $40,000 for the organization. -- New Horizons Academy, a private, nonprofit school which also serves as an agency for the United Way and the Andre Agassi Foundation, received a $25,000 donation from Rhodes Homes. -- Colliers International named Jeff Boughrum vice president of resort and investment properties. He was previously associated with Showboat Inc., Ramada Inns Inc. and Holiday Inns Inc. -- Phillip N. Ralston, vice president of finance and treasurer for American Nevada Corp., has been appointed treasurer for the recently chartered Nevada chapter of Financial Executives International, a 15,000-member professional association for senior financial executives. -- Century 21 MoneyWorld donated $3,200 to Golden Rainbow, a local charity providing housing for people with AIDS. -- CB Richard Ellis' Brad Peterson and Darren Lemmon represented Alberto De Lapaz in the sale of a 5,429-square-foot office building at 7680 W. Sahara Ave. to Roche Constructors for $800,000. Suzette LaGrange represented WFS Financial in its 10-year lease of 8,000 square feet at 7220 Amigo St. from McCarran Center for $2 million. LaGrange also represented Orth Rodgers and Associates in its five-year lease of 4,911 square feet at 1140 Town Center Drive from Howard Hughes Properties for $620,000. LaGrange also represented Segram Capital Management in its three-year lease of 1,714 square feet at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 610, from Camden Vale Corp. for $155,000. Kevin Higgins and Paul Hoyt represented RMS LP in its three-year lease of 6,642 square feet at 5550 Cameron St. to Tetra Tech for $620,000. Higgins and Hoyt also represented Koll Valley View III in three lease transactions: three years for 8,400 square feet at 6145 S. Valley View Blvd. to Electro Rent Corp. for $180,000; three years for 5,930 square feet at 6125 S. Valley View Blvd. to LT Events for $164,000; and five years for 5,929 square feet at 6125 S. David Frear represented Grinnell Corp. in its five-year lease of 34,169 square feet at 1110 Palms Airport Drive from ETT for $1.7 million.
