Pardee features homes ready for quick move-ins at Acacia

Neighborhood within Nevada Trails provides 30-, 45-day timetables

Acacia, a neighborhood within Pardee's Nevada Trails community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers homes for move-ins within 30 to 45 days, according to the developer.

"Homes are available now, so buyers can get settled in well before school resumes in August," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales. "Acacia's location has made it a favorite among current residents looking to move up while remaining in Nevada Trails."

Buyers can choose from four floor plans. Prices range from $458,950 to $568,200.

Plan One is a single-story design with three bedrooms or an optional den, two baths, and a two-car plus side-loading garage that can be converted into an optional workshop. The home measures 1,990 square feet.

Plan Two, also single story, measures 2,459 square feet and features three bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths. The tandem two-car garage can be built as an optional bedroom, an exercise room or additional closet in the master bedroom.

The two-story Plan Three measures 2,734 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft or additional bedroom, three baths, a three-car garage and an optional casita.

Plan Four measures 3,314 square feet in a two-story layout. It provides four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft and a spiral staircase at the entry. It also features a two-car garage plus a side-loading garage.

New homes are also available in the Palo Verde and Mesquite neighborhoods.

All homes in Nevada Trails are Energy Star rated, featuring design and construction that use 30 percent less energy for cooling, heating and water heating than a standard home, according to the builder.

The community comprises a 10-acre park with basketball and tennis courts, playing fields, a playground, an exercise track and a picnic area. The trail system is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road, turn right and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee has constructed more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
