Sales proceed at Bellacere

Sales are continuing to escalate at Bellacere, where 15 of its 60 custom-home sites remain, according to Christopher homes sales agent Kimberly Heese.

The guard-gated custom-home neighborhood, which is being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin, will consist of homes valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million on home sites that range from about one-third acre to one-half acre. Buyers may purchase two adjoining home sites to create 1 acre lots. Views of the fairways, city and mountains are available.

"Discerning buyers are continuing to discover the value and exceptional lifestyle offered at Bellacere. This is an intimate neighborhood of elegant custom homes in a locale that is second-to-none for luxury and convenient master-planned living," Heese said.

More than 30 custom homes are completed, under construction or in the architectural review process at the neighborhood. It is highlighted by a guard house, entry monuments, neighborhood park, tennis court, play areas and landscaped open space.

"Our buyers are also pleased to discover that the process of building their dream home will be a more streamlined and worry-free endeavor, thanks to the experience and in-house resources of the Christopher Homes custom-home division," Heese said.

The division consists of in-house architectural designers, interior designers, purchasing agents, construction experts and customer service repre- sentatives.

Buyers may view dozens of the floor plans, which can be used as a basis during the design/development phase of their home. Basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars, courtyards with fireplaces and myriad other elements can be incorporated in the home's design.

Designers at the builder's full-service, in-house design center can help clients select such items as plumbing fixtures, flooring, counter tops, cabinetry, and window and wall coverings.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Alta Drive and then turn east. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
