Four model homes open in Toscana

Toll Bros. is offering the single-story Sorrento at its Toscana neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

The home, which measures more than 4,000 square feet, has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, an office, dining room, formal living room, and family room with a media center and see-through fireplace.

It features a courtyard; entry foyer; and three-car, side-entry garage.

Kitchen highlights include an island, dual wall ovens, and walk-in and butler's pantries.

The secondary bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, share a learning center and are linked by a bath.

The master suite and bath have dual vanities, a dressing area, walk-in closet, 6-foot Roman tub and a separate shower with a seat.

Available options include a courtyard fireplace, covered patio, and double doors leading to the back yard or courtyard.

The home is priced from $419,975.

Also available are the Milano, Villa D'Este and Portofino designs. The single- and two-story homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

All four plans are represented with models, which can be viewed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Amenities at the gated neighborhood include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground.

The neighborhood is located at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way.
