Custom lots ready at Seven Hills

Prime custom-home sites are available during the final phase at the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to its developer, Silver Canyon Partnership.

"The home sites in our grand finale phase are among most dramatic in the community, including many with panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline and the fairways of a golf course," sales executive Beth Naef said.

There are about a dozen sites remaining. Naef said custom-home sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million and most are located in private, guard-gated neighborhoods.

To date, more than 200 home sites have been sold and are in various stages of completion.

Community amenities include landscaped open spaces, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. In addition, there are four city parks, each designed to complement the natural terrain, offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the sales and information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
