Lifestyle at Vistana called upscale, relaxing

The Vistana at Rhodes Ranch condominium complex offers a luxury lifestyle without the enormous price tag, according to sales agent Rebecca Matsis.

"Vistana has to be one of the most affordable communities in Las Vegas with all of the luxurious added extras we offer," Matsis said. Shared amenities will include a two-story fitness center, barbecue area, sauna and three swimming pools. One pool has been completed, and the second one is nearly complete as well.

Three floor plans are available with one bedroom and one bath, and measure from 670 to 796 square feet. There are five plans offering two bedrooms and two baths, ranging from 847 to 1,200 square feet.

The largest plan is the Venice, a 1,413-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two baths. Each plan includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Homes are priced from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, head south to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
