Close-out incentives offered at Mill Creek

Pulte is offering incentives for the closeout of its Mill Creek neighborhood at Lynbrook, a community in northwest Las Vegas. There are only two homes remaining and each is ready for move-in. The homes are the single-story 1970 and the single-story 2300 Sea Breeze plans.

The 2300 plan measures 2,300 square feet and is priced at $227,000. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a recreation room, hobby room, and kitchen with nook. The garage can accommodate three vehicles.

The 1970 plan, priced at $211,000, provides 1,970 square feet. Highlights include a master suite, three secondary bedrooms and two baths.

The homes also feature front-yard landscaping, covered patios, stucco eaves, and are prewired for garage door openers and security systems.

Mill Creek homes feature Pulte's Environments for Living building technology and the Energy Star label for efficiency. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is also included.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, go north about four miles to Farm Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday.

Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is developing 10 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. Three additional neighborhoods -- Sage Hills, Cara Vella and Wyeth Ranch -- are planned.

Pulte Homes Inc., based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in 43 markets across the United States, Argentina, Puerto Rico and Mexico, where it is the fifth-largest builder. It has built more than 300,000 homes.
