Dove Canyon built for range of buyers
Homes in Dove Canyon have impressed a variety of buyers, according to sales agent Lori Resco-Garcia. "We have homes available to meet the needs of nearly every lifestyle," Resco-Garcia said. "Many of our popular homes come with a number of floor plan options, such as great rooms, private retreats and extra lofts." The Developers of Nevada is constructing the neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Buyers can choose from six floor plans, which are priced from the high $120,000s. The single-story Bryce plan features two bedrooms and two baths in 1,126 square feet; and the single-story Sequoia features 1,412 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Options in the Sequoia plan include a great room, retreat and den. The remaining floor plans are two-story designs: the Ponderosa, with 1,623 square feet; the Spring, with 1,754 square feet; and the Kyle, which measures 1,783 square feet. "These homes have also been very popular with couples and many single first-time home buyers," Resco-Garcia said. "The two-bedroom, two-story homes are ... priced from the mid-$140,000s." The largest plan is the Stillwater, a 2,011-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. A loft and bonus room is optional in this plan, which is priced from the mid-$150,000s. "This is very affordable for a larger family that is currently paying rent on a home," Resco-Garcia said. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Craig Road, head east to Decatur Boulevard, then go north past Lone Mountain Road and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
