US Home's Custom Residential division has added four new floor plans to its lineup. Each is a two-story design.

"We now have 27 distinctive home designs as a basis for our Custom Residential buyers, and each one offers a vast array of interior and exterior design options and expanded square footage options," sales agent Tina Smith said. "These new designs have personality. Add your choice of exterior two-tone colors; pop-outs; and brick, stone or rock detailing, and your new home can be as unique as you are."

The new designs -- Rembrandt, Fountaine, St. Thomas and Village Green -- measure 3,374 to 4,518 square feet.

"Our basic pricing averages $85 per square foot," she said.

Buying a home through the builder's custom division is a one-stop transaction, according to Smith.

"We do all the work -- all the plans, permits, coordination, the construction and we can even handle the financing. Custom Residential will help you find the perfect home site in a custom community, or we'll build on your home site. It's definitely a turnkey opportunity."

Featured among the new designs are split garages, courtyard entries, turrets and varied roof elevations.

The homes can be built with two to seven bedrooms and offer options such as home offices, bonus rooms, exercise rooms and home theaters.

The builder has custom lots available valleywide.
