Pro mover picks Pulte home

Rocco Cicchetti, owner of a moving company, awaits the completion of his new Pulte home at Anthem Highlands.

"I have been working with Pulte for the past two years, moving many of their customers into new homes," Cicchetti said. "When it came time for me to purchase my own home, I knew from personal experience that I wanted a Pulte home."

Cicchetti said the company's commitment to customer service and quality construction is what impressed him, as well as the energy efficiency of the homes.

"I was absolutely amazed that while some people were spending several hundred dollars on their power bills, Pulte was able to guarantee me a much lower monthly energy bill," Cicchetti said. "With the Las Vegas climate, that was very important to me."

Cicchetti chose the 1671 plan from the Dunbar Collection because of its layout, which includes a great room and a master suite away from other areas of the home.

"Although it hasn't been modeled yet, I could tell from the plans, as well as from being in other Pulte homes previously, that this was the home for me," he said. "It's just the right size, and I really like the way everything has been laid out."

Cicchetti began his company nearly six years ago in Las Vegas.
