Realty office opens in Southern Highlands

Southern Highlands Realty has opened a sales center within the community in the southwestern valley.

The new center will allow the company to expand its services and meet the increased demand for listings and sales in the community. Staff will work closely with home builders to serve the needs of all buyers, including those purchasing their first home or moving up.

"Our top priority is to ensure that our clients are 100 percent satisfied with the home and community they are in," sales executive Jane Petry said. "All of us at Southern Highlands Realty take great pride in offering our clientele the most up-to-date and detailed information about our community."

The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders. Homes range in price from the $150,000s to the $400,000s.

The Estates, an enclave of custom lots and homes, is a guard-gated neighborhood within Southern Highlands Golf Club. Lots offering views of the city and mountains measure from one-half acre to 2 acres. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million. Custom homes start from $1.5 million.

The realty office, located at 12200 Southern Highlands Parkway, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit and head west.
