Pardee releases new phase at Stone Creek
Pardee Homes is releasing a phase of 11 homes this weekend at its Stone Creek neighborhood in Rancho Las Palmas, according to sales executive Ray Landry. "Since opening last year, Stone Creek has sold out with most of its releases," Landry said. "These are terrific family homes in a well-known, family-oriented community." The neighborhood is the most recent of 12 to be built in the southeastern valley community since Pardee established it 15 years ago. Next weekend, its last neighborhood, Tamarack, will be introduced. Amenities within its 600 acres include an elementary school, Hidden Palms Park, tennis courts, volleyball courts, jogging trails, basketball court, playground, and barbecue and picnic areas. Single- and two-story homes available at Stone Creek are certified to be at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes, thus earning the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal. "Customer priorities were built into these homes, including energy efficiencies, greater flexibility, and large family rooms and bonus rooms," Landry said. "In addition to the complete Energy Star package, Stone Creek homes also feature high-speed, digital Category 5 wiring for home-networking possibilities." The single-story Plan One includes two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, patio, and two- or three-car garage. Third and fourth bedrooms may be selected in place of the den and/or studio, and a third bath is optional. Measuring 2,001 or 2,027 square feet, it priced from $239,950 and $244,950. The single-story Plan Two features three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, family room, and two-car garage with swing garage in 2,395 square feet. If an optional bay at the kitchen nook is selected, it measures 2,413 square feet. It is priced from $260,950. Priced from $268,950, the two-story, 2,713-square-foot Plan Three includes four bedrooms or three bedrooms with optional den, family room, bonus room with balcony in one elevation, three baths, and three-car garage. The master suite has dual walk-in closets and an optional balcony. A fifth bedroom is optional. Plan Four offers as many as seven bedrooms. Depending upon options, the two-story design measures from 3,085 to 3,844 square feet and is priced from $281,950 to $297,950. It offers at least four bedrooms, three to four baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage or three-car garage. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane, go west to Bermuda Road, travel south, past Pebble Road, and follow the signs. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
