Del Webb adds landscape package to Sun City Anthem homes

Del Webb is offering a free landscaping package for homes on select sites at its Sun City Anthem age-qualified community in Henderson.

"Up to 100 homes are eligible for free front and rear landscaping," sales manager Jeff Galindo said. "Why pay for front and rear landscaping when you can have Del Webb do the whole thing for you?"

The package, valued at about $10,000, employs water conservation practices.

"These are attractive yards that are also water smart. We use a drought-tolerant plant palette with various rock textures along with perennial shrubs for color throughout the year," landscape division manager Don Richards said.

Buyers can choose from an all-desert design or oasis package, which incorporates some turf.

Both designs were created by the builder's landscape department, which is responsible for common areas throughout the community as well as landscaping along Anthem Parkway.

"Potential buyers should be sure to ask about the free landscaping program if they are interested in it," Galindo said.

The offer is for a limited time and there are some restrictions.

Buyers must either pay cash or finance their new homes through Del Webb Finance.

Community amenities include the 77,363-square-foot Anthem Center, which offers fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents as well as Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public.

Twelve designs ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet are available. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s to more than $500,000.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
