Del Webb program aims to keep homeowners satisfied

Through its 9-Step Program, Del Webb strives to keep buyers satisfied and informed about their homes.

"Our goal is to provide each homeowner a complete and comprehensive orientation every step along the way to building and maintaining their new home," Byron Jones, director of customer service, said.

The program guides homeowners through the construction process and two years after the home's completion.

"We check everything in the house," said Lorie-Ann Beekman, customer service manager, describing an 11-month follow-up visit. "Besides advising the homeowner on warranties, I look at the baseboards, counter tops, windows, skylights, bathroom fixtures and much more."

The program works on an organized schedule of service contacts. It begins with a preconstruction group orientation, which is followed by quality assurance checks during construction, at closing and at regular intervals afterward.

The program is practiced at all of the builder's communities: Sun City Anthem, Solera at Anthem and Anthem Country Club, all located within the Anthem master plan in Henderson; and Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas.

To visit Anthem, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. Sun City Anthem models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Solera's temporary sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit Sun City Aliante, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right at Frontage Road, then left onto Interstate 215. Exit at Aliante Parkway and go north. Models are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
