Turnberry tower to go up in fall

Turnberry Associates plans to break ground for the fourth and final 40-story tower at Turnberry Place in October.

The $650 million condominium development is located on Paradise Road, just south of Sahara Avenue. It encompasses 15 acres.

Forty-five of the tower's 231 units remain available, according to sales representatives.

Buyers can choose from 10 floor plans, which are priced from $530,000 to nearly $6 million.

Resident amenities include valet, concierge and limousine service, as well as membership to the private Stirling Club.

The sales center is located at 2777 Paradise Road, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence with a simulated view from the 27th floor of the final tower.
