Trump pays visit to Las Vegas condo project

Checking on his largest development project to date, Donald J. Trump recently visited Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas to meet with the construction teams and review interior design plans.

Trump and his partner, Phillip G. Ruffin, reviewed progress at the tower, which has surpassed 25 stories of its eventual 64 stories in height, and discussed its interior design options.

"The building is really starting to take shape and becoming a part of the Las Vegas skyline," said Jack Christie, vice president of sales for the project. "Mr. Trump was especially pleased with the way his vision for a true gold-standard building has become a reality with the 24-karat gold plated glass now up on the building."

The project has also proven to be one of Trump's most successful residential developments. Since opening for sales in July 2005, nearly all of the tower's 1,282 units have been sold.

"It shows the power of the Trump brand," Christie said.

The condominium-hotel units include 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom suites on the 16th through the 59th floors, and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites on the upper five floors.

Buyers have five options when they purchase a unit. They can live in the unit full-time or part-time; or rent it out privately, through hotel operations, or an outside property management company.

The property is built around delivering a high level of personalized service. On-site conveniences include 24-hour concierge, security, doorman and valet services; a spa, fitness center and salon; a heated outdoor pool and sundeck with a bar; a business center with meeting facilities; and fine and casual dining.

Prices start from the $700,000s to $7 million.

Information on the project can be obtained at the sales plaza, located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South on the northwest corner of the Strip and Fashion Show Lane.
