Quick move-ins available at Rhodes' Vistana

A limited number of condominiums at Vistana can be ready for move-in within 30 to 45 days, according to Jo Beth Dittrich, sales agent at the Rhodes Homes development in the southwestern valley.

"This is a great opportunity for home buyers that want to buy a new home in Rhodes Ranch with nearly immediate occupancy," Dittrich said. "We have a very limited number available, and they are going fast."

The homes are located in buildings 14, 15 and 17; homes in buildings 11, 12 and 13 offer October and November delivery dates.

Dittrich said the builder offers a low-down payment program to qualified buyers, including an offer for 1 percent down.

Buyers can choose from nine floor plans: Three offer one bedroom and one bath and range from 670 to 796 square feet; five are two-bedroom, two-bath homes ranging from 847 to 1,200 square feet; and the largest plan, with three bedrooms and two baths, measures 1,413 square feet.

Homes are priced from the low $70,000s to more than $100,000, and include an appliance package and window coverings.

Community amenities include three planned swimming pools, a two-story fitness center and a spa.

To visit the condominium complex, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, head south to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs.

Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
