Only seven out of 121 homes remain for sale at San Michelle, a Christopher Homes neighborhood within the guard-gated Queensridge community. All of these homes are located on golf course home sites ranging from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.

Priced from the high $500,000s, these single- and two-story floor plans measure from 3,474 to 5,200 square feet.
