Avante Homes' Aventura enters close-out phase

Avante Homes' Aventura in Summerlin offers golf course and city views, according to sales agent Jolanta Berstler.

To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and proceed to Hualapai Way and turn left.
