Renaissance offers terraced sites in Seven Hills

Pardee Homes' Renaissance, located within Seven Hills in Henderson, is one neighborhood in the community that offers one- and two-story homes.

Priced from the low $300,000s, the gated neighborhood features elevated and terraced home sites with views of the city, mountains and a golf course. Floor plans range from 2,700 to 4,686 square feet.

The homes have acquired the Energy Star seal and ComfortWise designation for energy efficiency. According to the builder, benefits include cost savings in utilities; quieter homes due to the vinyl-framed windows; and a decrease in ultraviolet light through special windows.

They also feature rotunda and courtyard entries, balconies, fireplaces, high ceilings, and arched doorways. Kitchens offer ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantries, cook tops, built-in microwaves and ovens, and dishwashers.

Among the options that may be selected at the builder's design center are suites, bay windows, French doors, wrought-iron balustrades, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, bars and upgraded appliances.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. Plans for the 1,300-acre community include more than 3,000 homes, including an estimated 300 custom homes. Forty-five floor plans are available and priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $180,000s to about $1 million.

Other neighborhoods open for sales are: Crescendo by Pardee Homes; Capistrano, Palermo West and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned.

About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. Many neighborhoods interconnect or adjoin parks or walkways.

In addition to neighborhood parks, there are four city parks with basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; picnic shelters; soccer and baseball fields; and playgrounds.

Information can be obtained at the community's sales pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
