Custom lots ready in Seven Hills

Custom-home sites as large as an acre are available in Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership in Henderson. The lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

To date, more than 200 custom lots have been sold in the community, and more than 120 homes have been completed or are under way. Each custom neighborhood is guard-gated.

Many of the lots overlook a golf course, and feature city and mountain views as well. Among the custom neighborhoods are a private view park, a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Community amenities include numerous neighborhood parks in addition to four city parks, which among them offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, ball fields, volleyball quads and playgrounds.

The information pavilion can be reached by taking Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, heading south to St. Rose Parkway, going west to Seven Hills Drive and turning left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
